Accreditations

At Rook Services Ltd we take our commitment to service, high standards, the environment and safety very seriously. Our reputation, particularly in the utilities industry, is based on projects being completed smoothly and with the minimum of disruption to the local environment.

We continually strive to meet and, where possible exceed, expectations. Ensuring that we have achieved all of the relevant ISO accreditations is just one way in which we demonstrate this commitment.  Below is a list of the accreditations currently held.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s internal quality management. This refers to our products and services, in particular the features of those products and services required by our customers, together with our management of those products and services, what we do to ensure that they satisfy our customers’ quality requirements and comply with any applicable regulations.

ISO 14001 specifies what is required of an organisation’s environmental management system. It applies to those environmental aspects over which we have control and where we can have an influence.

OHSAS 18001 is an assessment specification for occupational health and safety management systems. It was developed in response to the need for companies to meet their health and safety obligations in an efficient manner. Health and safety is a cornerstone of every single project on which we work. Our commitment to these standards sits at the very heart of Rook Services Ltd – Safe Systems, Safe Workplace.

Achillies provides a framework for our buyers and suppliers to work together directly. The procurement system increases the businesses risk management and develops long term growth.
